Big Brothers Big Sisters of East Tennessee has been transforming the lives of children since 1970. We are a member agency of the oldest and largest youth mentoring organization in the United States, consisting of more than 350 agencies nationwide. Our vision is that all children achieve their full potential. What We Do
Big Brothers Big Sisters is the oldest and largest one to one mentoring program for youth ages 6-15. BBBS provides professional services for interviewing, selecting, matching and ongoing support for the life of the match for Bigs (adult mentors) and Littles (youth in the program).
