We're looking for volunteers with a heart for making a difference in the lives of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Join us at our weekly practices at The Crag Climbing Gym and help create a welcoming, inclusive community where kids and adults with special needs can build confidence, friendships, independence, and a lifelong love for climbing.
You don't need any climbing experience—we'll teach you everything you need to know. All you need is a positive attitude, compassion, and a willingness to encourage others as they reach new heights.
What you will do:
- Assist climbers by belaying them
- Climb next to them and assist
- Provide encouragement and support
- Help create an inclusive and welcoming environment
